Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how slvrline processes information when you use its website, SLVR mining automation, funding tools, Robin agent, and shared chat. Public blockchain activity is not private and cannot generally be changed or deleted by slvrline.

• Account and authentication data supplied by Privy, such as a Privy user identifier, login method, and verified email or social-account information needed to authenticate you.
• Solana and EVM wallet addresses, wallet/provider identifiers, delegation status, and public balances or transaction activity.
• Mining and Auto-Staking configurations, selected lock identifiers, reward allocations, session status, selected tiles, spend limits, transaction intents, receipts, fee records, claims, and audit logs.
• Bridge and swap quote inputs and outputs, including source and destination wallets, assets, amounts, provider request identifiers, and transaction status.
• Messages you send to Robin or public chat, plus the wallet label or profile label displayed with a public chat message.
• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, errors, rate-limit data, cookies, and security events.
• Read-only linked account information needed to recognize your account or display supported Solana wallet data.

We use information to authenticate users; display wallets and public on-chain data; create, preview, execute, and audit user-authorized strategies; request and verify funding quotes; provide Robin and chat; calculate and collect disclosed fees; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the Service; comply with law; and protect users, providers, and the Service.

Wallet addresses, token balances, contract interactions, transaction amounts, timestamps, and other on-chain activity may be permanently public. Do not expect confidentiality for blockchain activity.

Public chat is the same chat used by slvr.fun. Messages and their displayed wallet/profile labels may appear to users of either site. Do not post confidential information, private keys, seed phrases, authentication codes, or information you do not want made public. Public messages may be copied or retained by other users even if a message is later removed from our interface.

We disclose information as needed to providers that operate the Service, including Privy for authentication and wallets; Supabase for application data and realtime features; Vercel and Railway for hosting; blockchain RPC and explorer providers; Robinhood Chain; Relay for bridge quotes; Uniswap-compatible contracts or routing for swaps; and AI model providers when you use Robin. We may also disclose information to comply with law, prevent harm or fraud, enforce our Terms, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

slvrline does not ask you to send us a private key or seed phrase. Privy manages embedded-wallet key material under its own architecture and terms. Manual bridge and swap transactions require browser-wallet confirmation. If you grant a mining delegation, the approved signer can authorize only policy-allowed mining operations until the delegation is revoked or expires. When you enable Chase the Payload, those operations include the scoped current-game unrefined-SLVR claim, approval, and swap back to ETH. Server records may include signer, policy, and transaction identifiers but should not contain your private key or seed phrase.

Auto-Staking uses a different scoped signer and policy from mining. You authorize that signer from your Privy wallet, remain the wallet owner, and may pause the configuration or authorize removal of only the Auto-Staking signer without removing separate mining signers. The policy permits only the disclosed, capped reward-claim, fee, buyback, exact approval, and permanent-lock actions. slvrline stores public signer and policy identifiers plus execution records, while its authorization key is kept in restricted server secret storage.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type. Public blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, scoped signer policies, validation, and audit logs. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse, or unauthorized access will never occur.

You may stop an automation session, revoke its mining delegation, pause Auto-Staking, remove its separate signer, disconnect or export supported wallets through Privy, avoid public chat, and stop using the Service. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Requests may be submitted through the support channel in the Service. We may need to verify your identity, and legal, security, backup, or blockchain constraints may limit a request.

We and our providers use cookies or local storage needed for login, wallet connection, security, preferences, and basic service operation. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy as the Service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be identified by the updated date. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent through the support channel made available in the Service.
